Her Approach
Dr. Terry is a doctor that will listen to all of your health concerns. She believes that addressing your health concerns involves more than a patchwork approach. It requires bringing the body back to balance and restoring physiology. She is able to provide a unique and natural approach for autoimmune conditions like rheumatoid arthritis or Hashimoto’s and for chronic infections like Candida, SIBO, mold, and Lyme disease. Evaluation for any condition involves looking at the body as a whole, identifying genetic predispositions, assessing environmental influences on health, and determining metabolic imbalances. She utilizes conventional testing with modern diagnostics to help find the cause of symptoms.

Background and Education
After completing her premedical studies at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2001, Dr. Terry attended the University of Illinois at Chicago to obtain a Master of Science degree in occupational therapy. Her inspiration to return to school was the many patients she met while working in rehabilitation. Early in her occupational therapy career, she became committed to finding solutions for chronic diseases. Dr. Terry has published research on the topics of chronic illness, chemical sensitivities, chronic fatigue syndrome, and multiple sclerosis. Working with these individuals has provided her with a deep understanding of how chronic conditions can impact daily life. She herself has overcome Lyme disease.
Dr. Terry completed her naturopathic medical studies in 2011 at Sonoran University in Tempe, Arizona where she also served as adjunct faculty. She has completed the Physician Training Program with the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society (ILADS) and has completed studies with the Medical Academy of Pediatrics with Special Needs.
As a Chicago native, she embraces all that Orange County has to offer. She enjoys spending time exploring the beach and trails with her family.
